Culinary Arts
Description: In our two-year Culinary Arts associate degree program you'll learn classical techniques, as well as develop critical thinking skills within an integrated front-of-the-house curriculum. You'll receive hands-on education in food production, while developing professionalism and proficiency in cooking, cost control, nutrition and sanitation. You'll learn advanced techniques in classical/international cuisines, garden manger, patisserie/dessert and a variety of international dining room services.

Culinary Arts & Food Service Management
Description: This joint program of The Hospitality College and the College of Culinary Arts combines the strength of culinary skills and management to prepare you for a career in front- or back-of-house. You'll develop a solid culinary foundation and management philosophy while building upon your leadership and management abilities. You'll also hone your critical thinking skills, personal ethics, financial analysis skills and customer awareness.
